Each flag is handcrafted in our shop in the North Georgia mountains and measures approximately 36" x 20". The union is torched, stained, and carved, while each individual stripe is cut, torched, routed, and stained to bring out the natural character of the wood. After assembly, the flag is glued, clamped, and finished with several coats of protective enamel topcoat for a smooth, durable finish that will provide years of enjoyment.
